It is with mixed emotions that we announce that we are closing Inspire Health and Fitness Inc. We opened Inspire Health and Fitness in 2008 and with the goal of helping people reach their fitness goals. Over the last 5 years we have seen many clients succeed in losing weight, safely starting an exercise program after an injury, running their first 5K, joining a figure competition, and living a healthier lifestyle.
We have enjoyed being able to help so many people and we will miss working with our clients. We are thankful for your business and support over the last five years. We truly believe we have the best clients in the world and it has been our privilege being able to work with such great people. Without your support none of this would have been possible. We thank you.
Glenn has decided to make a career change to Physical Therapy. He will be applying for Doctor of Physical Therapy programs while completing pre-requisites in the fall. He is looking forward to increasing his knowledge and understanding of the human body so he can be better-equipped to help people rehabilitate after injury and surgery.
Amanda is working full-time as an anxiety disorder therapist at St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute.
We are especially thankful for the Lord’s guidance as we navigated the exciting, challenging waters of entrepreneurship and feel he is leading us to the next chapter of our lives.

Inspire Health and Fitness is a private personal training studio that provides clients with a positive, fun environment to reach their fitness goals. Inspire Health and Fitness offers upscale personal training and nutrition services in a one-on-one setting. We work hard to eliminate the distractions and interruptions that are common at large fitness facilities.
Our clients are welcome to use our personal training and nutrition services in a variety of ways. Clients can learn a new workout routine, find motivation from regular strength training sessions with our qualified personal trainers and learn to apply nutritional knowledge to improve their eating habits.
